I’m trying to register my son Chase Ali but it’s telling me I’m locked out and that’s my son birthday is incorrect and it’s not

I also am trying to apply at Bryant School District, Arkansas (Davis Elementary). I was able to setup profiles for my son and I, but once that was done, there were no other buttons to use for doing anything other than editing our existing profiles and "Help" and of course Save and Logout. No option to start a form or continue one for the registration process.
