Record Not Ready to be Started

I need help to be able to do the registration for 2025-2025 for my kid but when I try i a receive this message: Record Not Ready to be Started
The matching roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment (student ID: .....) is not yet ready to be started.

Hello,

 

The error means your child’s enrollment form hasn’t been activated yet.

This message means the school hasn’t yet activated your child’s enrollment record for the 2025–2026 registration. Please contact your school’s enrollment office—they may need to finalize or release the record before you can proceed.

I’ve already contacted the school district, and they directed me to reach out to the PowerSchool administrator. I followed up with them as well, but they told me the issue must be resolved by the school district. Unfortunately, no one has taken any action to assist me, and I’m feeling completely stuck. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point.
