Preschool transcript/report card?

We are moving into the area at the end of July and I'm filling out enrollment papers for my son who will be going into Kindergarten at Long Mill Elementary. They want a transcript/report card from his current school but that's not a thing at his private preschool. Do they just need an official confirmation of the school he's coming from saying that he did attend?

The PowerSchool Community is an excellent resource if you have any changes to be made while completing fields within the enrollment form. Each district, however, has a different registration process and can provide the best steps to move forward when enrolling students. 

If the current school does not provide a report card or progress report for your child, in that case, we recommend you inform about the same to the school district your child would be enrolling in and inquire if there are alternate options or documents you could share to proceed with the registration.
