i registered my daughter. but i missed to upload the immunization record.
i wonder which is the campus registrar email?

All documents must be uploaded or emailed to campus registrar in order to complete enrollment. If you did not upload the forms, then you must email to the campus registrar to complete enrollment

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district and they should be able to assist you with the campus registrar's email to send the immunization records.
