Powerschool showing an unexpected error upon login to parent portal for lottery

Hello 

Today is the first day of lottery enrollment for RCSD and I when I go on the parent page I am getting an unexpected error message on my dashboard (I am still able to navigate to other parts of the site).

The message reads 

"

An Unexpected Problem Has Occurred

An unexpected problem has occurred. The problem has been logged and our technical support team will look into it. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience."

What should I do? I am anxious because it enrollment day. Thank you

I have been trying to reregister my children to go to school here again, but it keeps sending me to New Student Registration then it gives me an error message....
