My parent portal only shows 1 child's name and info. However, when I check my dashboard it flips from showing submitted documents for both children to showing submitted documents for one child. How do I get both of my children to show up under my account?
When using the SIS Parent Portal to submit forms, sometimes, parents are not returned to the home page to start the form for their second child.
We recommend that you log in to your Parent Portal account again. On the left bottom, you would see the "Recommit form" option. Clicking on it will show you both child names. You can then start the form for your second child by simply clicking the child's name.
