Medicine for School Registration

If I have a question for school registration regarding medication to be dispensed to my child at school and meds prescribed at home who can I call or email? The online registration form just has space for three meds but my son takes more and I don't know where I can include that information in the online portal. Thank you.

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in adding the medicinal information.  The school website should contain details to contact the Enrollment section of your school.
