Intent to Return 6th Grade

Hi! When I began the Intent to Return Form for 6th grade, it said that I could submit the form, then come back later and upload the required documents.  I completed the form and submitted it, but now I don't have access back into the form to upload the required documents.  How do I get back into the form?

I understand you have submitted a form and did not attach your documents prior to submitting and now it will not let you back into the form.

I recommend you reach out to your child's school district/campus to let them know you need access to your submitted form to add documents.
