I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment Family Support team using this direct link and the support team should be able to assist you.
It can be frustrating when support lines just loop you through menus. In most cases, try saying “representative” or pressing 0 repeatedly once the automated system starts. Calling early in the morning or late evening sometimes helps too. If there’s a chat or callback option on their website, that usually gets you to a real person faster.
