Having trouble updating returning registration

Hi my daughter goes to John Jay High School we've been trying to update her returning registration form on the HAC I'm able to click start then when it takes me to enter her date of birth a pop up appears saying that her account is on hold to contact the school.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties while updating the returning student registration.  There are a few reasons why this message could appear.  I have attached an article here that will walk you through the troubleshooting steps for the same. 

If you are still facing the same issue after going through the steps mentioned in the article, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in enrolling your daughter in the school district.
