Error on Page
Hi; I'm trying to register my daughter in Kindergarden and when I log in to fill out the very first page (name/address/basic information) I keep getting kicked out and a notice saying "an unexpected problem has occured; the problem has been logged and someone will get back to you".....its been 5 days? I called the school and they were going to try to have someone figure out why this is happening.... This system doesn't seem to be very easy to use. Please advise! Thanks.

Hey @meganlylick,
I am sorry you are still unable to register your daughter to kindergarten. PowerSchool designs Enrollment forms based on your school district's specifications. An error within the form could be preventing you from logging in and completing the form.
The school district should be able to work with the PowerSchool Enrollment Solution Specialist and have the form fixed. I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school district for an update regarding the same.
