I went in and started the returning student application for 2023/2024 school year. I got all the way to payment and everything. Entered in the payment and then this popped up. Message is telling me to contact you or the school in regards to the error. This is super important right now for me to do my application as they will open it to NEW FAMLIES on 3/1/23. I need to have this finished up and processed in order to save our spot.
PLEASE HELP AS I AM LOST ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!
When i go back into the application it wants to start me off as a whole new student profile and not a returning student.
