Emergency Contacts page lists wrong parent as the primary

The emergency contacts page for student registration lists the wrong parent as the primary although the information is inputted correctly on the Family page.

Some forms have sections for an Emergency contact page and a Priority page. This would allow you to add the contacts to the Emergency contact page in any order that you wish and prioritize these contacts as per your requirements on the next (Priority) page.
