Cannot link to student account

I get this error when entering my daughter's name, access ID and access password: We could not find a student with the credentials matching those entered for: my daughter's name

Same for me! I’ve emailed the support line and they can’t help. It’s frustrating!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties linking the student account.  Since Access Id's and Passwords are provided by the school district, I recommend contacting the school district about the error message that you are receiving and the school should be able to assist you further.

this is ridiculous, according to my school district there should be "Link to Students Account" there isn't one complete waste of time.
