I am completing the Frisco ISD online student enrollment and the system will not allow me to go past teh "contact" page. There are no changes to my contacts and all fields have been checked and acknowledged. Please help. The system is doing this with both of my Frisco ISD students using their seperate snapcodes. Is there currenlty a problem with the system? It seems to be stuck, I am not receiving any error messages or messages that there are fields that still need to be completed.
Our Enrollment forms are designed to work best with Google Chrome or Firefox browsers. I recommend using one of these browsers and also switching to a laptop/desktop if you are accessing the form on a mobile.
I also suggest clearing the cache, browser history, and cookies of your internet browser. I have attached an article here that should guide you through this process.
