Completed the registration for my child today. The end of the application process it requests to click a link to be sent to a page where you can schedule the in-person visit, however nothing populates once you click on the link and log in. I can select my child's name or add a new child. Selecting my child's name just takes you to the confirmation page of the application submission where it again tells you to click the link to schedule the in-person appointment.

The problem has been resolved. There were no available times for any in-person visits, but the site unfortunately doesn't mention this or at least show that all previously available times have been taken. Thank you for responding back to assist.
