Can not move forward to register new student 2024/25

Can't move forward on the registering my kid for 24/25 year.  I've been trying to get my child registered for the 24/25 school year, I click on the student register tab and keep getting this message.

It appears you are using SSO when accessing the registration site. I recommend reviewing this article to help troubleshoot.
