We are currently building, and live in a temporary home. Out home will be completed in November, so when registered i registered under the address of our build. I am informed i need to register under the temporary home address and request for a transfer. Can i go back in and edit the address and school zone once i complete the registration?

If you have saved a temporary address now, any changes to the submitted form later can only be made by the school/ district. You will need to contact the school or district directly to to have the address on the enrollment form updated.
