How do I print mailing labels for new incoming 2025-2026 students?

Make your list of students on the start page of your 25-26 students. Then under the list click the down arrow, Under Student Administration click on print mailing labels.

Is there a way to add "By Homeroom" as a sorting option when printing mailing labels?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way that is a static selection from PowerSchool.

do you know how to give access to this page? i checked in the page level permissions, and all looks good. Not sure if there is another area that needs to be checked. Weirdly, they are able to print staff mailing labels, just not student mailing labels. It does not show up under people > student administration > print mailing labels

Go under the staff members group. Once you are in the group settings click on Configure Page Permissions

Once in this page click on People

Click on Students

Click on Student Administration

Go to Print Mailing Labels and click on Edit

Then Click on Save

This should give access to this page in the group

Hi Jackie - Yep. Did that. They were on default, which is read only. I also tried giving edit access, still not showing up.
