Single Sign on (SSO) is a method of accessing your student's registration forms via the PowerSchool Parent Portal. On each student tab, you'll find a registration icon that will need to be clicked in order to access that student's form. This method of accessing registration is only enabled for school districts that have opted to use the service. All other users will need to access registration forms via a separate area, which will be communicated by the school district.
My school uses SSO but I get one of the following error messages when I go to access the form:
Fix 1: Check your SSO Log in credentials for special characters (!@#$%^&*(). Special characters in either the username or password will prevent registration from working within the parent portal.
Fix 2: Please contact your student's school or school district.
Fix: Please contact your student's school or school district.

Hi @yvonnedodds
Would you please confirm which PowerSchool product you are referring to? What error message are you receiving? Please share a screenshot so we can investigate further.
