Problem
- I tried to access my form but it says the record is on hold.
Audience
- Are you trying to access the online form and are receiving a message indicating the record has been placed on hold?
Fix It
- A record is placed on hold for various reasons by the school or school district. Attempting to access an on-hold record will cause an error message to appear.
- If the record has been placed on hold, only the school or school district has the authority to remove the hold. Please contact the school directly to find out why your record is on hold and to have the hold removed.
