If you attempt to access a form but receive the error message “Record is on-hold”, this means that a hold has been placed on your form and will need to be removed before you can access it.
Record is on hold
Holds are placed on records when maintenance is being done to student records, or when the date of birth has been entered incorrectly too many times.
If you encounter this error, we recommend that you contact your school district directly to have them remove the hold from your record. However, there are a few steps you can take before contacting your school.
- Double-check that the link you were provided is for the school year you’re attempting to register for.
- Make sure that you have entered your snapcode correctly, and for the correct student.
