Why am I seeing product as 1 Quantity on the Quote when all other products that I have are listed with my current enrollment numbers?

Some products are licensed on a per-instance basis rather than per-student. These products are typically tools or services that are used by the entire school or district, regardless of the number of students. Examples might include administrative tools, reporting modules, or certain types of support services. These products are billed as a single unit because their usage does not scale with the number of students. Instead, they provide value to the institution as a whole.

 

The signed quote has been shared, why am I asked for a PO?

According to the state policy, submitting PO before renewal is mandatory for few states.

 

Why do we see an increase in renewal contract year on year?

As per the booking policy, there is a standard uplift over the Annual Ongoing Fee, as mentioned on the renewal quotes that you receive. This accounts for inflation and is used to put back into our product with our R&D budget to keep our products running more efficiently and effectively than any other solution. They are purely investment and economic condition driven.

 

If we have questions regarding an invoice whom do we reach out to?

Invoice issues are handled by our Collections team / Accounts receivable team. Please connect with your dedicated Account Receivable Associate (The one who sent you the Invoice) for any issues related to the Invoice.
