First of all, I made sure the Schoology App is compatible with the iPad I’m using through the App Store. Whenever I tried logging into the app by clicking “Sign in through my school”, I got redirected to the SSO page which I normally see with a browser. That is the only way to login since I tried out the other option “Sign Here” and it didn’t work. After I typed in my username and password on the SSO signing-in page, It asks for my approval to allow Schoology iOS to access my account information, and I would click on “approve”. Now the problem comes. Because on this webpage, I don’t see any captcha or box to click on to verify I’m a human, I just wait for the webpage to load. Then at the top of the page, there will appear a warning in red background saying “Please verify that you are not a robot”. So I’m stuck with this problem. I’m able to use the mobile version of the app because I can SEE a captcha box, and verify.
Please help if you know the answer to this problem. I would be grateful to know how to go about this issue. Thanks so much.
P.S. on my iPad setting I turned off the automatic verification option in the “Sign-In & Security”
