Good afternoon. I am contacting the Latin American Technological Institute/Instituto Tecnológico latinoamericano (453841031) I request your support to resolve a situation: by accident we deactivated all the accounts of our Schoology platform and now we cannot access it in any way.


We request that you activate an account of one of the following administrators to enter and we activate the other administrators;

We see you were working with the PowerSchool support team and they were able to restore admin access to your Admin account. You should now be able to reactivate other admin users by referring to this article: Manage-users-comprehensive-guide.
