Unable to Find Student Results after Completing a Test-Performance Matters

I created an assessment test for my students and released it to them on Performance Matters. They completed the test, but when I go to OLA or to see Student Item Analysis, no students are shown. They submitted the completed tests, but there is no data that shows their scores. When looking at the test, all the settings are correct, but in search it does say "Assessment Test Locked". In edit, I am unable to click on "Proctoring", although when I'm in test center and click on "Release/Unrelease", I can see students names with the green check that says "Complete". Where can I see their results, or is there something wrong?

In order to protect your privacy and avoid sharing of any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data in the Community, we recommend reaching out to the Technical Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Support Team. The Support Team should be able to take a closer look at your setup, gather more information regarding your issue,  and assist you further with the troubleshooting steps.
