Truncate PowerSchool Quick Lookup view

The quick lookup screen shows all courses for a student for the whole school year even though Default Term Level is set to Quarter (1/4) and Current Grade Display is Q1. Am I missing a setting to truncate the Quick Lookup view?

Change your Term. For example if you set your term to Semester 2 you will only see full-year and Semester 2 courses. Any courses with a term-length of Q1, Q2, and Sem 1 will be hidden.

Thanks Jeff. I see this. Can I truncate the public portal view for my families? So they don't see Sem2 courses until Sem2? Students take a lot of courses over the year and its cumbersome on the portal to view courses that aren't occurring yet.
