Hello!  I have a teacher who is not able to look up quick information about students at our school.  When he tries, we get an error message that says : Please report the following Reference ID to the system administrator:
4d51ae59-92a6-4203-8184-2b38ec442482.  The system administrator told him to clear the cache.  We did.  It didn't help.  Other teachers on our campus can look up the information just fine.  I'm not sure how to help the teacher.

Since other teachers can access the information, verify if there’s something specific with this teacher’s account or permissions. Sometimes, an account might be inadvertently restricted or misconfigured. Compare their permissions to those of the teachers who are able to access the information. Even after clearing the cache, it could be worth trying a different browser or incognito/private browsing mode. This will rule out any lingering session issues that could be causing the error. Check if the teacher’s network connection might be causing the issue. Sometimes, security settings, VPN configurations, or a slow/unstable network could affect how the system responds to requests. The error message includes a Reference ID, which could be unique to this specific issue. The system administrator should be able to look up this ID in the system’s logs to pinpoint exactly where the error is coming from.  If possible, try having the teacher access the system from a different device. If the issue persists on another device, it could indicate an account or network problem rather than a device-specific issue.
