My teachers are not able to switch between quarters when inputting grades. They have previously been able to do this. I have attached a screenshot of what their options are (only F1 vs. Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4).
Make sure the Final Grade/Reporting Term setup is complete.

I believe I do have that set up. The summer program was duplicated and I don't know how to get rid of that though. I'm not sure if that's creating the issue.
The Summer Terms are not creating the issue (although your TermIDs are likely all borked). Any course that is full year (2024-2025) only has the F1 reporting term available. The Q1-Q4 reporting terms will only appear in classes that are scheduled into those terms.
If you only run full-year courses at your school, you can simply add the appropriate Reporting Terms to the 2024-2025 term. The Cardinal Rules for Reporting Terms is no overlap and no gaps, with the exception of the final course grade, which should encompass all of the other store codes. For example, if Y1 is my final course grade, its start and end dates should encompass all of the other store codes.
You can technically have gaps, but assignments in PT Pro will be placed into the reporting term that their due date falls into, so if they fall into the gap teachers can "lose" the assignment.
