Sub Nurse entering vaccines for new student

I am unable to pull a student on eschool to input their paper vaccine records.  I did a simple search and changed to registration status to all but still no results.

You can search for a student using their Student ID on the Quick Search bar. I recommend reviewing this article for more information on searching for a student.

I'd be happy to look further into this for you. Can you please share a complete screenshot of your screen with what you see on your end?
