Hi I do not have access to inquire about case number  that has been closed but I never received my training.

I understand that you are not able to access the case portal to inquire about your support cases.

 

I see that you have been working with support and should now have access to the case portal. This article will guide you through using the case portal: Case Portal: Manage your Cases

 

If you are still unable to access the case portal, access the individual case, or receive training, please let us know and we will work with you.
