Students tracking didn't have the updated information to parents email

Students tracking didn't have the updated information to parents email. From 2022-2023 2nd semester, parents reflected they always got the last semester grade and attendance from powerschool weekly auto email. How can i update to this semester grade and attendance in email.

I'd be happy to look further into this issue for you. Can you please check if the Current Display for your school district is set to the current term/semester? You can check this by following the listed steps

 

* Go to the Start Page

 

* Select the school in which the student is enrolled.

 

* Navigate to Start Page > School Setup > Current Grade Display.

 

* Change the Current Grade value to encompass the current term.

 

This process should be performed several times during the year, during the transition from one term to another.
