You can do this a couple of ways.
First, if it's a lot of students:
If you have access to DDA you can isolate the pre-registered students but searching:
Enroll_Status = -1
EntryDate = [The incorrect full date EX. 05/29/2024]
To make sure you have the right group of kids you can also add the Log field. In order for this to work you would need to know when the student was entered:
Log contains 5/27/2024
Once you have the student you need, just follow the prompts to Modify the EntryDate field.
If it is only a few students you can manually change their entry date by going into the District office and searching for them with a /
Example:
/Smith;entrydate=9/1/2024
The / will pull all students regardless of their enroll status and will allow you to search Pre-registered students. So the search above will grab anyone with the last name Smith who has the entry date of 9/1/2024....Once you have the students you can go into their enrollment history page and change the entry date to the correct year.
