Step by Step Instructions to Pull Data

I have already inquired through our CSM and CSM team -- could you please give us directions on how to pull the tables that were compromised so we can view our own information that was extracted? We were told in the video call to contact those peoples and when I did -- they said that I have to wait for PowerSchool to release that information --- and then said that we were directed through the video call to contact the CSM --- the CSM then told me that they have escalated my request to the CSM team.

I would not expect any response about the process on such a public forum. You should address this question in the PS Admin or Technical Contact forum where there is a higher level of security.
