What is the purpose of special programs? We are currently using an external program (Frontline IEP Direct) to import all IEP and PTC data to the student record. On our Compliance page (NJ), we are given the choice of using "Special Program Enrollments" or selecting a PTC. Frontline automatically imports the PTC to that field. Do we even need Special Programs since we are tracking all of this in an internal system?
