Special Programs in LINK portal - missing students

We are missing students in Special Programs in the LINK portal. How do we get them to show up. They are in our SIS and in the ODS through Data Exchange. Their StudentSchoolAssociation records are there.

I am trying to figure this out as well. The data is in our SIS and ODS in DEX. We have the StudentSchoolAssociation and Attendance Events now that are showing in DEX. I do not know why they are not in Special Programs at all, even as a general education student.
