Security Groups Page Permission Overrides

I am trying to give users in a particular security group access to view the master schedule. This security group currently has read only access as its group default. I changed the page permissions for Courses and Programs > Master Course Schedule to Edit, but users in this group still cannot submit the preferences and view the schedule on this page. 

What am I missing? Thanks!

It sounds like you’re running into the classic “page permission override isn’t enough” situation — in many systems, setting a page to Edit at the menu/page level doesn’t automatically grant the ability to interact with all functionality on that page, because the actions are also controlled by functional permissions or workflow rights tied to the underlying data.
