I am looking to see if there are any schools that utilize Schoology for their LMS and have it connected to Infinite Campus SIS using OneRoster. The process to connect the two using OneRoster should be simple enough but I am constantly fighting with the user synchronization part of it due to user conflicts. I am also having trouble with guardians being linked to their associated students.
When a person in Infinite Campus is a teacher and also a guardian, Schoology does not seem to know which role to identify the user with. Guardians sync if their roles are linked at the district level but they never appear to associate with the student Schoology accounts.
I'm curious if anyone else has encountered these issues before.
