Schoology App Developer Registration Failed
I submitted a request for app developer access at https://app.schoology.com/apps/developer/request but the email verification link is not working. I received the verify email shortly after submitting the form and clicked on the link in the email which took me to https://app.schoology.com/login?destination=home but there was a message stating "The verification link you are trying to use is not valid". When I attempt to login, I get a message stating by username has not been activated or is blocked. What is the best way to get this resolved?

Hi @chrisarnold
You can edit the setting on your app by selecting "Only People In My School" from the drop down as shown in the screenshot below and then you would not need to request any sort of access.

Hi, me and my colleague are having same issue as this user.
I work for Cambridge University Press & Assessments in the UK.
We are trying to register for developer access using the link from website.
We are sent an automated email to authenticate our email. But if click link in the email we get an error saying that our account is not activated and blocked.
Please can you help asap or advise who to contact.
I have sent 3 emails in February to businessoperations@powerschool.com with no reply so far.

Hi Chris,
We are having the exact same issue.
Did you manage to get resolution to this issue, as we are having same issue now in Feb 2025 and struggling to speak to anyone to resolve this?
