Removing all students from Activities

I am trying to navigate to the Remove Students from Extracurricular Activities page.  I tried using the help page within SIS and it tells me to go to this page to remove them, but I don't know where this page is.

If you are trying to "Clear Activities" in PowerSchool, go to Setup>System>Clear Activities.
