I'm having a problem with my truancy report, I send it to run, but it just says pending. We have rebooted the system, I need help to make sure everything is set up correctly. We are new to PowerSchool. We came online this August.

We recommend reaching out to your SIS administrator and checking if the ReportWork Preferences are set correctly and restarting the ReportWork.
