I need to know if it is possible to have PowerSchool keep track of whether or not students are checking their grades on a regular basis.
Our school has students open their PowerSchool and check the status of their current grades. They are required to manually write down the grades on a separate piece of paper. The purpose (intent) is to have the students maintain knowledge of how they are doing in their classes. They must review their grades for each class on a weekly basis.
Is it possible to track when the students open their grade book to look at their grades? Could I just run a report to find out when they reviewed their grades? If there were such a mechanism, it would probably be more efficient and save time because we as educators would no longer have to manually track if students are checking grades and could concentrate on those students who are not performing well.
