PowerQuery DAT permissions for admin and teachers

I am attempting to create a PowerQuery DAT that will pull the data from the PGFinalGrades table for use in an object report. The query works properly when run from the administrator portal, but when run from the Teachers portal it displays the message of insufficient permissions to use the powerquery. How do I set up the permission_mappings file to allow access to both the administrator portal and the teachers portal?
