My name is Juliane Jelonek from AIS Salzburg (Austria).We are facing issues and still have a few parents not being able to log onto their children PS accounts or failing setting it up. I'll attach all screenshots and email correspondence. We don't know how to solve this error. Could you have a look through the attachment and try to find a solution? Our academic school year started 3 month ago and some parents still cant access their children's grades (as we are a boarding school).Here some parent emails:

I understand, I need to set up an account. We already tried this at the beginning of the year, but unfortunately, a verification email never arrived. I have now tried to set up a different new account with a new email address, and so far, no email for confirmation or verification has arrived. That seems to be where the problem lies."
