No reset email

I tried yesterday and today to reset my password but I never get an email. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

Thank you for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to look further into this for you. Can you please let me know the name of the PowerSchool Product for which you are trying to reset your login password?

I’m not sure. It’s the Parent Portal for PowerSchool for the public school system in NC
