I am a college admissions representative who utilizes Intersect by PowerSchool to schedule visits a registered high schools. Writing today to ask for assistance in unlocking my account. I have not used this account in several months and began with resetting my password. Received a "success" message only to attempt logging in and received a error message, "This user has been locked due to excessive invalid password attempts."
