Moving Assessment Questions to Item Bank in Schoology

How do we move Schoology assessment questions that we have already made into an Item Bank?  I know you can do this with tests/quizzes but I don't see how to do this with assessment questions?

Currently, it is not possible to move questions from Assessment to item banks. Questions are supposed to be created in item banks. However, we recommend adding your request as an Enhancement Request. 

You can log this as an Enhancement Request on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at this. This article should walk you through how to raise an Enhancement Request.

How is it possible to do this with the older test/quiz but not with the new Assessment. Is there any way to add questions from an older Assessment to a new Assessment (without rewriting them) when creating a final exam from questions on older exams?

And if not (that's crazy), is there a way to convert an Assessment to a Test/Quiz so we can make the questions an item bank?

Hi @losborne23,

The option to move an assessment into the item bank is not built into the system. You will have to re-create these assessments as the option to copy questions from previous assessments is not built into the system. Here is an example enhancement request that you can upvote for this.

Meanwhile, we hope that other community members jump in and share their insights on this if they have been able to find a workaround to this.
