Medication Administration

Hello!

I am a school nurse and I am trying to enter medications on our daily to do list. We have some children that, for example, take their inhaler before PE once a week. We would like it to show up on our schedule once a week but every time we enter the medicine it shows up on the schedule everyday. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you!

Currently, PowerSchool does not offer a way to set up a recurring task based on a specific day of the week. My recommendation is to enter the task separately for each date it needs to occur. For example, if it needs to run every Wednesday, you would enter it with a start and end date of 05/04/2026, then create another entry for 05/11/2026, and continue this pattern until you reach the end of the school year.
