Master Schedule

It is that time of the year (scheduling season). My school will be using PowerSchool next year but our students submitted course requests using Google Forms. I have started to create a Master Schedule on Google Sheets but would like to import it into PowerSchool for the next school year. Is there a way to import or would I have to manually have to add each course individually?

PowerSchool has multiple Import templates to handle this type of thing:

I would love to be able to access this file as well for similar reasons, but I cannot. What am I doing wrong?
