Trying to take away access to Requisitions in TalentEd Hire and keep access to applications, etc.

We've decided to do a different process for our posting requisitions so we would like to take away access to requisitions in TalentEd Hire but keep access to applications, interviews, Begin Hire, etc.  I'm thinking it's a user security role but I went from 15 Administrator w/Hire to 14 Application Reviewer and they couldn't do Begin Hire or schedule interviews.  Any ideas?  Would be nice to have a security group that would allow this since the requisition is kind of separate from Postings, Applications, and Interviews.

Hi! @JoniB2

Currently, the option to take away access to Requisitions and keep access to applications in TalentEd is not present, however, you can share an enhancement request in the PowerSchool Ideas Portal directly with the product team.  You can also track the status of the idea.

We have a few resources to understand more about PowerSchool Ideas Portal.

We encourage members to vote on the idea if they would like to have this feature in the product.

This was originally posted in 2021, and still appears to be an issue.

I just wanted to weigh in and emphasize that this is a significant concern. In our district, HR operations are decentralized, meaning individual building administrators are responsible for submitting their own requisitions (though they still go through an approval process). The inability to restrict edits to job descriptions is a notable oversight, particularly given the potential legal and compliance risks it presents.
